Google is a great thing.  I found an Italian Android blog (batista70phone) talking about running Linpack on a Motorola Milestone.  As he said, via translation, “This morning I was trying on the Linpack Milestone in different situations, the best result was stable at about 4.6, the liquid reaches 3.2, just for example … then out of curiosity I watched the Top 10 . I saw that the American Droid arrives at 5-5.1 but then I noticed the Nexus One: 7-7.1 !!!!!!!!!!!   I can not wait for my arrival retest live.” 

What was really cool was he mentioned another site where a friend had tested a Motorola Milestone (Droid) vs a G1 Dream and they had a video of the test.   Too cool.   If someone knows Italian, please comment on what is being said.
